COEHS 博士 Program 形式:

• Declaration of Residency Intent
• Admission to C和idacy
• Dissertation 委员会
• Dissertation Proposal Approval
• Final Approval of Dissertation (Include the C和idate's Name, Dissertation Title, 委员会, 日期, 和 Location in your dissertation defense announcement to coefac@瓦尔多斯塔.edu 和 gradschool@瓦尔多斯塔.edu two weeks in advance.)
• Guidelines for submitting 复制 of dissertation for 研究生 School review: 

1. 一个 复制 of the final, defended version on regular paper, single-side print (this 复制 will be marked by the 研究生 School reviewers). Do not submit in 3-ring binders (pages may jam when scanning); no binder clips or paper clips.  Submit in a plain manila folder. 
2. All signed signature pages (printed on paper used for binding) – submit same number of signed pages as copies to be bound.
3. A 复制 of the binding fee form marked paid by the 大学奖学金 or a 复制 of the 大学奖学金 receipt. (Students keep originals.)
4. EDD & DPA STUDENTS must also submit their respective program’s Final Approval of Dissertation Form.
5. Contact information (name, phone numbers, e-mail address).

Please keep in mind that the 研究生 School’s review can last anywhere from two weeks to four weeks, 或更长时间, depending on the number of theses 和 dissertations submitted for review. 委员会 chairs should notify the 研究生 School of defense dates, 和 send notifications of successful defenses to both the 研究生 School 和 the 注册商’s Office.
